Uchida Seiho

Lord Uchido Seiho, the Mountain Lord, resides in the eastern reaches of northern Dewa, high in the Ou Mountains that mark the border between Dewa and Mutsu. Lord Uchido serves Governor Kiyohara Noburo mainly through his use of light infantry and spies to engage in reconnaissance in nearby Mutsu after the spring thaw. The Uchido clan achieved its position by aiding the Abe Clan in its elimination of the Emishi in the Dewa region in previous decades and remains subordinate to the Abe Clan.
