The Halon Oceanic Division is responsible for all Halon activity in the Oceania Region of the Pacific Ocean. It is headquartered in the Marshall Islands, under the command of director Thomas Harte. In recent years, the Oceanic Division's primary responsibilities have been dealing with pirates in Indonesia and the Philippines, as well as gathering intelligence on the corporate militaries of Southeast Asia. Halon also uses many sites within the Oceanic Division's jurisdiction for weapons tests, though the details of these are largely unknown outside of the upper levels of Halon command.
