Uchida Tatsuya

Lord Uchida Tatsuya is the youngest son of the now deceased Uchida Seiho. His elder brother, Uchida Kazuo, was slain in a duel with Ishimaru Tetsuo just prior to his father’s death, leaving him as the heir. Lord Uchida Tatsuya has a reputation for being precociously competent at matters of state.
