Admiral Yaro Boone - Ranking human officer in the Sombrero Galaxy. Fleet Admiral and head of military intelligence for the Virgo Cluster.
Agent Hassan - Lt. Colonel serving in the Space Police Intelligence Division. Spartan.
Count Roald Selassie - Overseer of the Andromeda Galaxy and member of the Royal House.
Jose Saint-Germain - A human genetic engineer responsible for the creation of the Guardian race. Subsequently exiled to an unspecified dwarf galaxy in Laniakea following the Guardian Uprising.
King Haile Selassie II - King of the Universe. Resides in The Castle. Estimated to be in excess of 7400 years old, and among the oldest living humans.
Lieutenant Reza Farnsworth - A Spartan police officer stationed at the Thermopylae Colony in the King's Galaxy.
Ptolemy - A Guardian general who led the assault on the Queen's Galaxy during the Guardian Uprising. Thought to be responsible for the death of the Queen. Allegedly still living in a small galaxy cluster at the heart of the Northern Local Supervoid, millions of parsecs away from other galactic clusters.
Queen Venus Jimenez - The former Queen of the Universe. Killed in the Queen's Galaxy during the Guardian Uprising.
Wendy Wu - An architect and worldship commander in the employ of the Atlantis Corporation. Went missing in Coma-33 in the newly discovered Coma Supercluster.
