Background
In the weeks after Project SIlent Proof, NASA Special Operations Team Delta was dissolved. All future technology recovery operations will be handled by joint operations of USAF and USN technology recovery teams, with assistance of DOE and other government agencies.
Status and Duty Assignments
Team Delta personnel were cited and promoted for their special service. All Team Delta personnel were reassigned to other duties. Status as of 1 November 2009 is as follows (personnel listed alphabetically):
Esmerelda Esparza
- Rank: Sergeant (+5 points to Military Rank)
- Commendations: NASA Exceptional Bravery Medal
- Status: 10 days personal leave. Transferred, USMC Forces Special Operations Command, Camp Lejeune
Max Gates
- Rank: First Sergeant
- Commendations: NASA Distinguished Service Medal (+1 reputation)
- Status: 60 days medical leave. RETIRED.
Lee Linda
- Rank: Corporal (+5 points to Military Rank)

- Status: 90 days medical leave. Transferred, USMC Forces Special Operations Command, Camp Lejeune
John Wilson
