Dept. 23

Dept. 23 is the Special Operations Division (SOD) of the Civil Uniform Justiciar Office (CUJO), with a special jurisdiction over all of the City (thus the unitary abbreviated designation of CUJO-SOD-ALL). The department is charged with a variety of miscellaneous tasks, including institutional investigations, personality auditing, anomalous event resolution, and unified field operations. The organization consists of three managers, one liaison, and seven field agents. The offices of Dept. 23 are located on the 23rd floor of Delta Tower in Alpha Complex. Public office hours are 0617-1706 Mondays through Thursdays and 2300-2359 most weeknights.
