Itoh Hideki
Lord Itoh Hideki (b. 690, Kondo town) is the eldest son of Itoh Kosho, and the ruler of Kondo town and its environs. Hideki spent most of his adult life in the distant south, in the Aki province. He was there ostensibly to expand his family's mercantile endeavors in southern Japan. He returned to Dewa in the winter of 721 to take his place as the rightful heir to the Itoh lands and fortune. His relationships with his brothers, Itoh Tadahisa and Itoh Izo, are known to be strained.
