Abe Genjo

Abe Genjo is the oldest son of Lord Abe Sotatsu, and heir to the title of Defender of the North. Since becoming an adult, he has spent time with his father in the field, participating in campaigns against Emishi and belligerents in neighboring Mutsu province, under the leadership of Governor Kiyohara Noburo. He is known to be both a skilled swordsman and horseback archer. He was nearly killed in his second campaign, and now bears a large scar across his face.
