Graves Briefing. Unknown hostiles attack Apple Farm. Team Zero protects Director Welles and DDO Abrams, saving their lives from an assassin.

Team Zero evacuated to safehouse. Consultant Gordon Ross escorted to safehouse.

3 MAY 1965

Team Zero visits OSI-Las Vegas facility, with a side trip to a secret desert base run by OSI/SOG-18.

4 MAY 1965

Kareem meets with Gardner Graves to discuss the illusionist Vassago.

5 MAY 1965

Team Zero attends private dress rehearsal of Vassago's show.

6 MAY 1965

Kareem has breakfast with Graves and Vassago while illusion-disguised teammates keep a close watch.

7 MAY 1965

Team Zero reports to OSI Los Angeles facility. Ace meets with Regina Davies, who provides a list of psionically-talented individuals who have been having similar dreams. Ghermanovich gadgeteers handheld psionic and magic field readers. Duke wires Section 22 of the labs.

8 MAY 1965

Ace and Kareem begin interviewing psychics. At 10:00 that night, a seismic subsidence at Salton Lake results in flooding and loss of life.

9 May 1965

Team Zero encounters and dispatches a rogue xenomorph at Salton Lake. The death of the xenomorph results in a burst of parachronic energy that causes Team Zero to become displaced (by one week) in the linear time contiuum.

16 MAY 1965

Team Zero leaves Salton Sea for R&R at Company safehouse near Van Nuys.

17 May 1965

Team Zero debriefing by Division 88.

18 May 1965

Abaddi, Duke, and Ghermaovich return to LA office to find some changes have been made. Dr. Powers, who locked himself in the bioscience lab several days earlier, is found dead at his console, presumably due to the gamma radiation now flooding the lab. Duke and Ghermanovich work into the night attempting to understand and operate the Powers Device.
