February 1924

Friday, February 15

Abraham Browning is hired by real estate agent Dalrymple to remove items from the basement of Drakusz House on Bunker Hill.

Jeffrey Parkman meets Calvin Alden in a downtown speakeasy. While fleeing the police the two connect with Ryan Keaton, Alec Thompson, and Cassandra.

Alden tells Parkman about his nightmares and obsession with a house on Bunker Hill. Parkman hypnotizes Alden and recognizes signs of the King in Yellow.

Saturday, February 16

While sleeping in the house, Browning has mysterious dreams of a secret room. He decides to leave early in the morning as he needs to purchase tools and other equipment for his work.

Parkman, Thompson, Keaton, and Cassandra investigate Drakusz House.

Sunday, February 17

Parkman, Keaton, and Alex Thompson experience a shared dream with Abram Browning. In the dream Browning tells them about the secret room and shows them his attempt to dig through the wall, which was untouched when they examined the house earlier.

Monday, February 18

Parkman, Keaton, and Thompson assemble their gear and head to the house. They are able to enter the secret chamber and destroy the undead Drakusz.

That night, Drakusz House burns to the ground.

Parkman and Keaton are kidnapped and taken to Zhang's, where Aaron and Abram help them escape.

Thursday, April 24

Parkman, Keaton, Abram and Aaron hole up in a cheap hotel near Venice Beach.

Los Angeles police raid Zhang's, allowing the team to investigate more thoroughly. A secret sacrificial chamber is discovered.

An arrest warrant is issued for Lau Cho, who goes into hiding.

Father Werner's initial research indicates the Sonoratown sacrifices are part of a months-long ritual, suggesting they are not connected to similar murders of women in Chinatown.

Friday, April 25

Police raid Zhang's upstairs opium parlor and arrest several people, including Wu Song, an apothecary.

Lau Cho appears in the dreams of Parkman, Keaton, and Abram, demanding the return of all items that to not belong to them.

Photographs of the ceremonial altar and room are prepared for Parkman.

Several items belonging to Lau Cho are recovered by Abram and Keaton from a Chinatown criminal.

Father Werner travels to San Francisco on personal business.

Saturday, April 26

Police receive tip regarding Wu Song and his involvement with the opium business.

Parkman performs psychometry readings on two of the items belonging to Lau Cho.

Keaton perfects the design and operation of a device to "see" through walls, making the discovery of secret rooms and hidden lairs much easier.

Around 1:00 AM, Parkman is attacked in his home. Across town, someone tries to break in to Keaton's lab, but the alarms and Abram scare the thief away.

Sunday, April 27

While recovering from the attack, Parkman receives a call from Kolchak. Police searched Wu Song's apothecary store and found an opium factory in the basement and the ceremonial cup and sacrificial dagger in his living quarters. Wu Song has confessed to the murders of the four Chinese women.

Lau Cho appears in the dreams of Parkman, Keating, and Browning, giving them until sunset Monday to return the items.

Monday, April 28

Wu Song pleads guilty and is sentenced to life at hard labor. The DA closes the case of the Chinatown sacrifices.
