Editorial and layout offices of Bellatrix Publications, publishers of occult and metaphysical works. They print about a half-dozen books per year and specialize in the diaries and memoirs of occultists and magicians. They were notified of the Tuttle Estate auction by the attorney Nathaniel Peterson, who has an office in the same building. The Bellatrix printing press is located downtown.
