This is basically the Star Fleet Academy Template from GURPS Prime Directive published by the Amarillo Design Bureau.
If you're a player character in the Star Trek: Aurora campaign, you must take the Star Fleet Academy Template and the TL11 Everyman Lens (5 points). You have the option of playing a race other than human; if you're interested you should look at the Federation Race Descriptions.
