The OSI/SOG-0 field office is located on the 29th floor of the Occidental Life Building [1] in downtown Los Angeles. The remainder of the 29th floor itself is part of the CIA communications center for Los Angeles area operations.
Occidental is a subsidiary of TransAmerica Corporation, a holding company of Bank of America. This partnership provides operatives with a variety of financial and identity resources, including but not limited to allowing Team Zero cover as field investigation agents for Occidental Security and Investigations.
