The Imperials come from a vast empire far to the north and east. They call themselves the Han. The nearest Imperial settlement is an outpost just east of where the Zuo and You meet to form the Yu. The outpost is a small fort that consists of a handful of Imperial Scouts who loosely patrol the area for bandits.
