Philip Paul, head of nomenclature development at Infinity Corps Classification Division, has proposed renaming this world "Heinlein-1" for the unique combination of libertarian technocracy employed by the World Science Council, the political and scientific "League of Nations" that governs this Quantum-7 Earth parallel. This world developed in near parallel to the Gernsback series of worlds exemplified by a divergence centered on the historical figure of Nikola Tesla.
