Character points, a.k.a. experience points, as well as other awards.

Character Points

Mission Points. Successful completion of mission objective results in 1 point of award for any character participating in mission. Characters in command positions will receive one additional point for no loss of personnel. Mission points awarded may be spent in any manner pleasing the player and agreeable to the GM.

Skill Points. Points are awarded directly to players for life-saving, game-changing, GM-impressing, or otherwise notable use of particular skills or attributes. Skill points must be spent on the skill they are awarded to commend.

Bonus Points. The GM will award bonus points based on a variety of factors, subjective all, and mysterious, and known only to the GM, and even then, only vaguely. Bonus points awarded may be spent in any manner pleasing the player and agreeable to the GM.

Player Award. Players may by a public vote designate a single player for award of a single bonus point. Player Award points awarded may be spent in any manner pleasing the player and agreeable to the GM.

Award Cap. Each player may receive no more than 5 points per mission, excluding the Player Award.

Other Awards

Sean Riley Award for Untimely Death in Combat. Awarded to player whose newly-created character dies in the first session played. 10 points toward creation of new character.
